By accessing or using the GhostDrive website or purchasing any GhostDrive product, you agree to the following terms:

1. Product Disclaimer

GhostDrive is based on open-source software (Tails OS), modified and distributed by GhostDrive Service Ltd. We are not affiliated with the official Tails Project.
The device is provided “as-is”, with no guarantees beyond those required by law. While we take every precaution to configure it securely, no system is 100% secure.

2. Intellectual Property

The GhostDrive name, branding, and design are the property of GhostDrive Service Ltd.
“Tails” is a trademark of the Tails Project and is acknowledged here with respect.

3. Use of the Product

You agree to use the device legally and ethically. GhostDrive Service Ltd. does not support or condone the use of the product for any illegal activities.

4. Limitation of Liability

GhostDrive Service Ltd. is not liable for:

• Loss of data or damages resulting from use or misuse of the device
• Legal consequences arising from the user's activity
• Hardware failure due to misuse

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes shall be resolved under Maltese jurisdiction.
